Send proofs. Get approvals.
Move on.

Build the proof on real catalog apparel, send it as one link, and hand the approved job to your print shop with press-ready files attached. No chasing email threads.

  • 3 free credits on signup
  • No customer account required
  • Free for shops receiving work

Three steps. No drama.

Built so the next move is always obvious. To you, to your customer, to your print shop.

  1. 1. Build

Pick real apparel from the SanMar and S&S Activewear catalogs, set the garment color, and place artwork on one zone or several. No template wrangling.

  2. 2. Approve

Customers click a link, see the proof on their garment color in their own language, and approve, comment, or request changes. No login, no app to install.

  3. 3. Ship

Hand the approved job to your print shop. They pull press-ready PDFs separated by color, then report production and shipping back to you.

What sits under each step.

The short version is above. These pages go into the detail.

Building proofs

Live wholesaler catalogs, garment colors, multi-zone placement, watermarked customer previews, and a frozen version saved on every send.

How proofing works →

Working with print shops

Partner invitations, a shared job queue, press-ready PDF packages separated by color, and approval verification before anything hits a press.

For print shops →

Approval integrity

Third-party cryptographic timestamps, a hash-chained ledger, append-only storage, and a downloadable evidence package for disputes.

For your customers

One link. No accounts.

The only thing your customer has to do is open the email and click. The review page is mobile-friendly, shows the design on the garment color you picked, and speaks their language.

  • Review from any phone or laptop. No login required.
  • Approve, leave a comment, or request changes in one click.
  • Artwork is shown as a watermarked image, so your vector files never leave your hands before approval.
  • Comments and change requests stay attached to the proof.
  • Customers who want a running history can claim an account with a magic link. Nobody has to.

POOF speaks your customer's language. The app, the emails, and the review page are all translated.

Customers can't dispute what's on the record.

Every approval gets locked the moment your customer clicks. The exact design they saw, the time they approved it, the email link they clicked from. If someone later says “that's not what I agreed to,” you don't argue. You pull up the receipt.

For artists

No more “I never approved that” arguments. The approval is on file with a date stamp from an independent service, not just our word for it. If a customer claims you changed the design after approval, you can show exactly what they signed off on.

For print shops

The artwork you're printing is the artwork the customer signed off on. Every job in your queue carries an approval verification you can open before you burn a screen, so a post-approval edit can't reach the press unnoticed.

If it goes to a chargeback

One click downloads a complete receipt with the design, the customer's approval, and the date, all packaged so your payment processor or an arbitrator can read it without needing us to explain.

Chargeback outcomes depend on your processor and the specifics of each case. POOF gives you the evidence; we don't argue the case for you.

Pay per proof. Nothing else.

No seats, no monthly minimum, no contract. Sending a proof to a customer costs one credit. Everything after that first send is free.

3 free credits when you sign up, then $7.50 down to $3.75 per proof as you buy more.

Graphic artist

From $3.75 per proof.

Buy credits when you need them. One credit sends a proof to a customer. Revisions, re-sends, comments, version history, and the approval evidence package are all included.

Print shop

Free to receive work.

Shops receive jobs from partnered artists, so the artist's credits cover the proof. A shop that also designs and sends its own proofs uses credits the same way an artist does, and starts with the same 3 free ones.
